Description
此票主要处理副屏策略， 目前发现主要需要处理三点：
1. 副屏App使用MIC录音数据， 与普通Android App 一致。
2. 具体细节参考: 声音策略 V3.8 20210721 中的副屏发声策略（sheet:音量策略）
3. MCE-主副屏需求接口定义&联调计划_20220608.xlsx 中的副驾屏开电话会议

从https://share.thundersoft.com/redmine/issues/111382中确认的信息得知， 此票主要要做
1. 判断设备是否为蓝牙设备。
2. 如果设备是蓝牙，走原生音量。
3. 如果设备是蓝牙，不发送焦点给中控。副屏自身播放音频。
