Description

P0_2 和AP0_0上电只有0.30621S，规格要求大于1.5S,P8_1上电至0.405V有较长平台,上电后不会掉电.

屏的控电需要从MCU移到865，由于V1.0不再改动硬件，该问题也不会在V1.0版本MCU中修改

目前已经完成上电时序得测试，存在的问题是需要和AF加入通知下电得机制。

不包含在0930版本，属于硬件相关问题，需要硬件测试

BSP: GPIO: Used to notify the MCU to power up or down
When the MCU controls the SOC to power up, the SOC starts to
pull the GPIO up to the kernel, and the MCU starts to turn
on other power supplies;
When the MCU controls the SOC to power down, after the SOC
shuts down, pulls down the GPIO, and the MCU begins to turn
off other power supplies.
